PROCESSING TIME

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days — but in some cases, it may take up to 7 business days depending on product availability.

Because our candles are poured in small-batches, we may need a little extra time to allow fresh candles to properly cure before shipping. If that’s the case, we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges — but we want you to love your candle.

If your order arrives damaged incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
